Voice in the Valley is proud to offer several music camps throughout the summer for kids of all ages!
Musical Theatre/Disney Camp
July 23rd-28th
(Kids ages 8-18)
Elevate your child’s musical theatre journey with the Musical Theatre Camp by Voice in the Valley Music Studio! This camp, designed for talented young performers aged 8-18, will provide them with the competitive edge they need for auditions and more. From June 24th-28th, join us for expert-led workshops in voice training, acting, music theory, stage craft and audition preparation. Your child will also be immersed in an unforgettable experience where creativity thrives. Join us for a dazzling staged public performance of iconic Musical Theatre and Disney songs, creating memories to last a lifetime. Participants will forge lasting connections with like-minded peers in the theatre community and develop valuable life skills like teamwork and creative problem-solving. The camp is held daily at the Maple Valley Creative Arts Center from 9am-2pm Monday-Thursday. Friday's dress rehearsal will be held from 4pm-6pm. The Final Performance Showcase will be held at 6pm, open to the public.Limited spots are available, so secure their place now in this empowering and enriching musical journey that includes the magic of Disney musical theatre!

Vocal Pop/Contemporary Camp
July 7th-11th
(Girls, Ages 10-18)
Voice in the Valley Music Studio is proud to partner with Maple Valley Creative Arts Center to offer this fun-filled, weeklong camp specifically designed for developing female vocalists (ages 10-18), emphasizing the importance of solid vocal technique to enhance song performance. Participants will explore multiple songs (solos/duets/ensembles) from a variety of genres, being coached by Dr. Jessi Jumper and our special vocal coach, Jessie Siren! This special camp also focuses on uplifting and empowering young girls in our local community in a safe and inclusive environment. In addition to learning music that has positive, powerful messages, campers also explore relative social issues such as self-esteem development, peer pressure, body issues, bullying, and more. Our goal is to leave these talented young women feeling confident as performers and as an individual, secure in who they are, and beautiful from the inside out. The camp is held daily at the Maple Valley Creative Arts Center from 9am-2pm Monday-Thursday. Friday's dress rehearsal will be held from 4pm-6pm. Songwriting & Sound-recording Summer Camp
Join us July 14th-17th from 9am-12pm for our 4th annual Summer Songwriting Camp! Led by our one and only, Mars Licciardi, campers 10+ will learn the basics of collaborative songwriting in a fun, creative environment, then record their final composition IN PERSON at a REAL RECORDING STUDIO in Black Diamond.
